These terms govern your use of swagpeek.com (the "Site") and the free merchandise preview it provides (the "Service"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SwagPeek generates a free, AI-designed preview of your company's branding on merchandise. The preview is illustrative, provided at no cost, and creates no obligation to purchase anything.

2. Your responsibilities

You represent that you are authorized to submit the email and company details you provide, and to request a preview using your company's logo. Do not misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Intellectual property

Your logo and brand remain yours. The SwagPeek name, site, and generated layouts are ours. Previews are for your evaluation.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated previews may contain inaccuracies and are not final production artwork.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwagPeek is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
