SwagPeek ("SwagPeek", "we", "us") provides a free preview of your company's branding on merchandise. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using swagpeek.com (the "Site"), you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: your work email address and your company size, submitted through our form.
Information we derive: from your email we determine your company's website domain, and we retrieve your company's publicly available logo in order to generate your preview.
Information collected automatically: basic usage and device information (such as pages viewed and approximate location) via cookies and similar technologies, described below.

2. How we use your information

To generate and deliver your merchandise preview.
To contact you about your preview and related offerings.
To operate, measure, and improve our advertising and the Site.
To comply with law and protect our rights.

3. Cookies, pixels & analytics

We use the following technologies. You can accept or decline non-essential tracking using the banner shown on your first visit.

Meta Pixel: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and optimize our advertising. With Advanced Matching enabled, information you enter (such as your email) is hashed in your browserand shared with Meta to help match your activity to our ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic analytics that do not use cookies to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run SwagPeek:

Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and optimization.
OpenAI — AI image generation for your preview.
Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
Neon — database storage of your submission.
Logo.dev — retrieval of your company's public logo.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your choices & rights

Tracking: decline non-essential cookies/pixels via our consent banner. You can also use your browser or ad settings, and Meta's ad preferences, to limit tracking.
Access & deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.

6. Data retention

We keep your submission for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

SwagPeek is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
